Shipping policy
Please allow 2-5 business days after payment for your order to be shipped. I ship Monday-Friday and if i don’t travel in the weekend for Jewelry Shows, sea glass hunt or photo sessions, i can ship on Saturday too.
All items are shipped by USPS First Class Mail, including USPS tracking and insurance coverage. I love this method of shipping since it gets to it’s destination in USA in up to three days. Please let me know before you place the order if you want to use FedEx or UPS and we can arrange that.
Once the delivery status of your package has been marked as "Delivered," I do not take any responsibility for lost or missing items.
The only way I will issue a refund for an item marked as Delivered is if you provide me with proof that you went to the post office and filed a LOST AND STOLEN claim and reported the item as missing. If you do not want to go to the post office and report the item, I cannot issue a refund. I hope you can understand why.
Please make sure your address is CORRECT or let me know immediately after placing the order. I am not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address or packages lost because of insufficient or inadequate information. I cannot refund your order if your package gets lost under these conditions. If your item was delivered to the wrong address because you didn't contact me on time, you are responsible for the lost package and if you still want the item you ordered, you will have to pay for it again. Since some items are quite unique sometime will be very hard to be replaced.

Customs and import taxes:
* Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
* Any packages being returned due to not paying customs fees will be refunded without the shipping fee.
* Please consider that extra VTA charge when making a purchase. I usually offer a discount coupon to hep encouragements to overseas customers so the VTA charges are covered.
