Refund policy

Your satisfaction is my goal. If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it (in original condition) within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

Request a cancellation within 2 days from purchase time.
If for any reason you are unhappy with my jewelry, I will either replace the item, fix it if it gets damaged (any damaged product can be returned in maximum 2 weeks after the purchased time), give you store credit, or refund the purchase entirely.
You can exchange a product within 14 days from delivery. Contact me as soon as possible if you require an exchange since some items are limited or one of a kind so i can reserve the item for you.
Please notify me before returning an item.
You will be responsible for return shipping charges for exchanges.
If the items needs repair i will cover the shipping charges.
And please provide me in an email with a mailing receipt.
I will refund your payment as soon as I receive the jewelry back.

Sea glass is delicate and shouldn't be hit or drop on hard surfaces. I am very meticulous creating and shipping my pieces. In your package you will receive information on how to care for your jewelry.
If i receive a return product damaged and i am sure it was not an error on my part, i will NOT refund the entire amount.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Items on sale.

Customs and import taxes:
• Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
• Any packages being returned due to not paying customs fees will be refunded without the shipping fee.
• Please consider that extra VTA charge when making a purchase. I usually offer a discount coupon to hep encouragements to overseas customers so the VTA charges are covered.
